A gathering for pastors of all ages to find value in each other and mentorship, and to promote leadership cohorts for personal and church health.

Location: Oak Park Baptist Church (sponsored by SCBI)

Time: 10 am – 1 pm (lunch included)

We need pastors of all ages.  Our desire is for younger pastors to value older pastors and for older pastors to value younger pastors because we all can learn from each other.

This gathering is designed for you to leave encouraged by the content shared by our speakers as well as to seek out mentoring and leadership growth opportunities.

Dr. Strother will be sharing alongside his mentor pastor. You’ll hear Pastor Terry Thompson talk about pastoral succession and give an overview of leader cohorts through Small Church USA. And you’ll hear Dr. Al Mohler from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary speak as well as have some Q&A time with him.
